If you have an email linked to your learner account, you will be able to follow the steps below to reset your password. If you do not, please contact your manager/administrator, as they will need to reset your password for you.
To reset your password for your learner account, select 'Forgotten learner password?' when trying to log in as a learner on lms.highfieldelearning.com.
On the 'Reset Learner Password' page, you will need to enter the email address linked to your learner account and then select 'Request new password'.
You should shortly receive an email with a link to reset your password within. If this doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
Select the link in your email and then select 'Confirm and Reset'.
Your new password will be shown on screen and a copy will also have been sent out to your email address.
You will now be able to log back into your learner account. Please note, depending on your company's settings, you may be required to change this password to something more memorable when you log in. Once you have done this, the password you have been sent will no longer work.
