When accessing your certificate, you may be presented with the screen below:

This error message is likely caused by having the 'Adobe Acrobat' extension enabled on your browser. 

To view your certificate, you will need to either disable the extension or change the 'site access' setting to 'on click', or 'on specific sites' instead of 'on all sites'. Instructions on how to do this can be found below.
