To view a learner’s certificate, you will need to locate the record of the course in Learners > Learner Reports:
This page by default displays a list of all the active learners within your administrative scope, and the courses attached to them.
To locate the learner that you’re looking for, either search the list of learner reports, or enter all or part of their name in the search fields before selecting 'Apply filters'. You can also use the filter options to filter by course name, or for archived and expired courses. You also filter by the course status, allowing you to view all learners that have completed a particular course for example.
To view the certificate, select the ‘View certificate’ icon located in Progress > E-Learning’ column.
You will then be presented with the 'Certificate verification' screen. Here you must enter the username of the learner, and then click 'Submit':
This will open a PDF viewer in another browser tab or window. From here you should be able to print off certificates or download them. When you've finished, please ensure that you only close the PDF tab and not the whole browser window, as this may close down the entire course for you or log you out of the system.
If you are a learner trying to access your own certificate, please log in as a learner.
You will be able to go back to the course that you would like to view. Your certificate will show as a small icon in the corner of the course tile as below:
You will also need to ensure you enter your username on the 'Certificate verification' screen to view your certificate.
If your course is expired and you would like to access the certificate from that course, this will be displayed in your 'Previous courses' tab in the navigation bar. This will only show certificates in here for completed courses - it will not allow you to view course content.
The option to view certificates also appears in the module menu of an active course when the required modules have been completed:
