To check the licences available to your company, you will need to log in as an administrator.
Once logged in, select ‘licences remaining’ in the top right corner of the screen, underneath your username. This will display a list of your available licences for the tier you are currently logged in as.
Alternatively, to check the licences available on any tier within your administrative scope, select ‘Company’, or ‘Division’ in the menu and select ‘Manage Company, or Division’. This will display a list of all the tiers within your administrative scope.
To find a specific tier, either search the list, or you can use the filter options to filter by name and by selecting ‘Add filters’.
Once located, select the ‘See licences’ icon from the ‘Licences’ column. This will display a list of available licences that can be assigned to learners.
