When you get the message:
'Username already in use'; this means that there is another account on the system that already has this username. If this is not the learner's email address, this will need to be changed to something more unique for the learner.
If the username is an email address, or the email address is the conflicting, please contact the Highfield support team, they will be able to help you further with removing the account that already has that email.
