To reset a learner’s password, you will need to log in as an administrator.
Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Learners’ tab towards the top of the screen and select the ‘Manage learners’ button from the dropdown list.
To locate the learner that you’re looking for, either search the list of learners, or you can use the filter options to filter by name, username, or email address, and select ‘Add filters’.
Once you have located the learner, select the ‘Change Password’ icon from the ‘options’ column. ‘Auto-generate’ will be selected, then select 'change'.
This will now show a randomly generated password for the learner to use. Please take note of this password and then select 'Close'.
You will then need to take note of the username, located here.
For the learner to access their account, they will need to go to the same login page as yourself, however, they will select 'Learner'. They will then enter their username and new password. When they have logged in, they will need to update their password to something more memorable. The 'Current' password is the one you have sent to them, they must create their own 'New' password.
You will need to pass these details onto the learner however you feel is best, if you would like a template for an email, this is below the video.

Please be aware when copying and pasting information from the above fields, additional spaces may be added in due to formatting. We recommend that you manually type out your login details to avoid this issue. You will be prompted to update your password to something more memorable, the password provided above will no longer work once it is updated.
