If your account has the incorrect name, please contact your administrator immediately. The sooner this is spotted the better, and easier it will be to rectify.
Your administrator will be able to put a request into the Highfield E-Learning Support Team (email@example.com) and ask them to update your name.
This is the name that will display on the certificate, so it's important that you spot it early, as there's a chance that once you have the certificate that it cannot be updated.
If you have a certificate and it is in the wrong name entirely, this cannot be updated, this will either be down to a fault when registering for the course, or a fault from the company you registered with.
