Please note, Highfield e-Learning does not offer a delivery/postage service for e-Learning certificates. To obtain a physical certificate, you must print this out manually.
If your learner account is active you will be able to download your certificate yourself. If you are unsure how to do this, please click here
If you are unable to log into your account because you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by contacting your administrator. If you do not have an administrator, please contact support@highfield.co.uk
If you need a certificate that is linked to an account that is no longer active, you will need to contact the company who you completed it through/your previous employer. Unfortunately, we will not have access to view your certificate.
