Why is the download link not working?
Please check you are using the correct link and password to access the SCORM packages.
You may need to ask your IT team to whitelist the following website: https://highfield.box.com and check that your company’s security settings are not blocking access.
If your company doesn’t have permission to access this site, we can offer an alternative method to send the SCORM package.
Why is the upload not working?
Please ensure you upload the correct file. Our SCORM packages all have a version number such as v1.0.0.
LMS reported a missing file
Our SCORM packages are SCORM-compliant and include all the necessary files to upload the course to your LMS. For example, the SCORM will contain the ‘imsmanifest.xml’ file.
However, your LMS may report these files as missing if the SCORM package is inside another zip folder.
If you are trying to upload a zip file that doesn’t include a version number (v1.0.0), please unzip this folder and upload the SCORM(s) inside it.
