We would recommend using the following setting when uploading a SCORM package:
- Display the package in a new window or pop-up.
If your course is set to display within the current LMS window, it will save successfully but won't have the permissions required to close your browser window.
We can provide an alternative version of the course designed for this setup, although this may incur an additional charge. Please note, we cannot guarantee full functionality when the course is displayed in the same window as the LMS.
