If you get this error message when you are trying to access your certificate, this means you haven't entered your learner account username correctly.
If you get a 403 error, this means that one of the course files is being blocked.
You will need to contact the person/people in charge of your IT network, and you will need to ask them to whitelist our site:
http://lms.highfieldelearning.com/
You will also need to ask them to make sure that JavaScript files, MP3 files, and MP4 files are whitelisted. This should allow all of our files to run without an issue and the course should not freeze or crash anymore.
