When adding our SCORM package to your LMS, please be aware of the following:

SCORM version

We mostly offer SCORM 1.2 compliant course files, but SCORM 2004 can be requested, and may be available for your course.

Your LMS settings

To ensure that your LMS tracks the completion of the course, please ensure that the completion settings are set to track for 'passed' and 'completed', as both are required. 

The course must be opened in a pop-up window, rather than the same window. This must be a pop-up window, and not a new tab, or in the same tab. 

Compatibility

You must ensure your learners are aware of the device and browser compatibility. For this, you can provide a link to our System Requirements article, or you can use this content on your own LMS. If you do not use our link and use the content on your LMS, please be advised that this article is updated regularly. We recommend that you check this monthly, to ensure you list is up to date.
