The learner’s name is displayed on the top right-hand corner of the learner dashboard once you are logged in.
If you notice any discrepancies, please follow the guidance below:
It is my name, but spelt incorrectly
If your name is correct, but has been spelt wrong, is not correctly formatted, or has not been updated following a deed poll name change, please contact Highfield e-learning Support on 01302 363277 or support@highfield.co.uk.
You may be asked to provide evidence of the change at the discretion of Highfield.
If you are completing the course out of office hours, please proceed with your course and contact us at your earliest opportunity.
Once a name is amended on the e-learning LMS, you will be able to re-access your certificate with the correction on it.
The name shown is not my name
Please DO NOT access courses on someone else's account, as this can result in course progress being terminated.
If the name shown for your account is not your name, the administrator may have provided login credentials for the wrong person, or another person’s details were entered during the enrolment or purchase process. Please contact your e-learning administrator directly, as they will need to provide you with the correct details.
IMPORTANT
You should only complete your own e-learning course and never anyone else's unless the person is present and you have good reason to do so, for example you are supporting an individual who requires reasonable adjustments.
Only reasonable changes to names are acceptable. If it is deemed by Highfield that the learner account is for a different person, the course progress may be deleted and a learner you may be asked to re-complete.
