The following new topics have been introduced:

In addition, the First Aid at Work e-learning course has been redesigned using a mobile‑first approach, making it easier to access and navigate on smartphones and tablets.
Transition arrangements for existing learners and centres
As part of this launch, we have taken steps to ensure a smooth transition for existing customers and learners:
- any unused Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work licences held within customer licence banks have been automatically replaced with licences for the updated versions.
- all new licence purchases will now be against the updated versions of both courses.
- learners have been notified of this change via the LMS. Where a learner has not yet reached 100% completion on the original course, they can request access to the updated version free of charge.
- learners with 0% progress on the original Emergency First Aid at Work or First Aid at Work courses will be automatically enrolled onto the updated versions, with the original enrolment removed.
If you have any questions about the updated courses, licence changes, learner progression or accessing specific modules, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
