If you’re a learner, to view your certificate you will need to ensure the course is completed and all modules are ticked. If you’re an administrator, you will need to ensure your learner has completed the course in full to view their certificate.

[LEARNERS] - Once completed, the certificate should appear at the top of the screen and you will be able to open it from here.

[ADMINISTRATORS] - Once completed, the certificate should appear in the 'Learner reports', and can be accessed by selecting the ribbon icon: 

You will need to enter the learner account username on the 'Certificate verification' screen in order to view your certificate.

You can choose to either download it or print it.
