If you order your e-learning licenses from Highfield directly please use one of the following order methods. If you order your Highfield e-learning from another provider then please contact them.

ORDER ONLINE FOR INSTANT LICENCES

As a customer of Highfield e-learning you have the option to order online here using a payment card:

Please log in with your administrator email and password first so that on checkout you can select the correct account to assign the licenses or learners to. Upon checkout licenses (or learners who you have populated details for) will be assigned immediately.

There is a lead time of up to 48 hours for licenses to be assigned using the below methods:

ORDER ONLINE LEARNER REGISTRATIONS AND LICENCES

If you are a Highfield Qualifications registered centre, you may purchase e-learning licences (for first aid only) when you purchase your learner registrations via https://www.highfieldqualifications.com/.

If you are purchasing a Qualify at Home bundle this will include the necessary e-learning if it is available for that qualification.

You can also call in to place your order by calling on 01302 363277. The Customer Service (Sales) Team who answer the phone will take your order.

If you already have an agreed invoicing account set up, then you may email your order to sales@highfield.co.uk.

If you are an e-learning reseller and have paid up front for your e-learning and now want to use that credit to purchase licenses, please email elearningaccountmanagers@highfield.co.uk with the request.
