Our Regulated First-Aid Qualifications Assessor and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) CPD Training has been updated and will go live on Monday 17 August 2026.

What's new? 

• DR ABC has been updated to DR C ABCDE in line with the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidance.
• An example of the new Highfield assessment pack has been added.
• References to SQA Accreditation have been updated to Qualifications Scotland Accreditation.
• Memory sticks have been removed as a secure method for sharing documents and data.
• The course has been republished using the latest version of our authoring software, incorporating behind-the-scenes technical improvements to support long-term performance and compatibility.

What this means for existing customers 

To make the transition as straightforward as possible, we will be taking the following steps:

• Any unused licences held within licence banks will be automatically replaced with licences for the updated course.
• All new licence purchases will be issued against the updated version.
• Learners accessing the course through the Highfield Online Training (HOT) Learning Management System (LMS) will be notified of the update. If a learner has not yet completed the original course, they can request access to the updated version at no additional cost.
• Learners who have not yet started the original course (0% progress) will be automatically enrolled onto the updated version, with their original enrolment removed.

Pricing remains unchanged.
