To access courses you'll need a learner account. Learner accounts are set up by an administrator.
If your learner account has been set up with an email address you'll be sent an email containing your login details when you are first enrolled. Subsequent emails you receive won't contain your login details, so you'll need to keep your login details safe.
Your username, password and the link to the LMS are included in the enrolment email.

If you are enrolled without an email address then the person who set you up should provide you with the login details.
Please ensure you are logging in as a learner and not an administrator. See the below image:
Enter your email address/username in the username field and your password into the password field and click select ‘LOGIN’. Note that the password field is case sensitive. Please ensure you don't include any spaces or extra characters, and that your Caps Lock key isn't active.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to access the learner dashboard. The learner name is displayed in the top right hand corner. If the name is not correct please contact your e-learning administrator.
The first time you log in you'll be greeted by a short tutorial. You will also be able to access and view active courses and access the certificates for any previous courses you completed.
To access a course, select the rectangle which includes the course name. An example image is provided above. You will then be able to view and select the modules for the course, and in some cases there are further supporting resources (such as a course book in in PDF format) to support learning. See the below image:
You can complete the modules in any order. A tick will appear in each box as you complete a module. You will also be able to Save and Exit the course without losing any progress if you are unable to complete in one sitting. When you re-access the course you can complete any further pages.
Access to a completion certificate will also be made available within the module menu upon successful completion of all of the modules.
