If you are using an iPad and your course stops playing at the start of the page, this is likely due to your iPad running in 'desktop mode'.
This is due to changes made by Apple, but there is a very simple fix to this which can be resolved in a couple of steps. Please see the following:
1. Return to the module selection page, and go to the search bar on your browser (if you're using Safari it should look like this), then select the circled button to show the menu below:
2. You need to make sure that you select the '...' button. This will then display the menu below:
3. Scroll down to the last group of settings, and select the option 'Request Desktop Website', circled in red above. This will refresh your course. You may be asked if you would like to continue where you left off, if so, select 'OK' on that message.
To ensure that the mobile website has been requested successfully, the 'Request Desktop Website' option will be white and no longer green.
4. You should be greeted with a play button in the centre of the screen, when you enter the course. Select this to play the page.
