If you are using an iPad and your course stops playing at the start of the page, this is likely due to your iPad running in 'desktop mode'.

This is due to changes made by Apple, but there is a very simple fix to this which can be resolved in a couple of steps. Please see the following:

1. Go to the top bar on your browser (if you're using Safari it should look like this):

2. You need to make sure that you select the 'AA' button. This will then display the menu below:

3. Select the option 'Request Mobile Website'. This will refresh your course. You may be asked if you would like to continue where you left off, if so, select 'OK' on that message.

4. You should be greeted with a play button in the centre of the screen. Select this to play the page.
