Where to find your certificate

Upon completing a course via https://lms.highfieldelearning.com/ your certificate will be made available in your learner dashboard and also in the module menu. Log in and navigate to your completed courses to download it.

Certificate option not visible?

If you cannot see a certificate, check that your course is 100% complete. If your learner account includes an email address you will also receive an email confirmation of passing the course and a handy QR code which can be scanned for verification of the course completion.

Note that some providers have switched off the option for you to access a certificate. This is usually because the course requires another component such as the attending of a tutor-led course or the completion of an exam, in which case you should contact the provider for assistance.

Completed the course through your organisational learning management system ?

If you completed the course through a third-party platform you'll need to contact the organisational facilitator if your certificate isn't available as expected.
