If you have forgotten, or if you don't know what your password is you will need to follow the steps below to retrieve a new password:
1. Contact your LMS administrator - This is the person who assigns you courses and is likely the company you purchased the course from. If you have an administrator account yourself, you are able to reset your learner account password by following the instructions in this article: Reset a learner account password
2. Contact Highfield e-Learning - You can contact Highfield e-Learning either using the 'Support' widget in the bottom left, by email at email@example.com or by phone on 01302 363277. At Highfield, we will attempt to reset your password. If you have an email address linked to your account, we will be able to send it straight to you. If you do not, we will have to contact your administrator, or advise you on how best to contact them.
