To reset your administrator password, select 'Forgotten administrator password?' on the login page at https://lms.highfieldelearning.com/. Please see the image below:

You will be redirected to the Reset administrator password page. On here, select 'Request new password':

You'll receive an email like the one below. In the email, select the link:

This will direct you to the page below. To proceed with the change, select 'Confirm and Reset':  

You will be presented with the page below confirming your administrator username along with a new  administrator password:

The new administrator login credentials will also be confirmed in an email to you.
