A learner who has been enrolled on a Highfield e-learning Care Certificate course by an employer or a care training provider can be signed off following the completion of a practical competency assessment. This converts the e-learning ‘Knowledge’ certificate into a full e-learning Care Certificate.

This option isn’t available to learners who have been enrolled independently.

To 'sign-off' eligible learners, the administrator should navigate to Learner reports > Options > Check items:

A new pop-up window will appear with a check box:

The administrator should click in the box to convert the Care Certificate.
