There is a function for administrators to remove the access of administrators by using the following workflow: 

Administrators > Manage administrators > Accounts > Edit accounts

Once navigated to the Edit access page, click on the x beside the account(s) that you require the administrator to remove. If successful, a notification will appear on screen.
