A license represents a course which will typically be available for 1 year for a learner to complete, although we recommend that learners complete courses as soon as they are able to. If not completed within a year the license expires.
To find out how many licenses are available on your main (Top tier) account whilst logged in as an administrator select ‘licences remaining’ in the top right corner of the dashboard, underneath your username and company name. This will display a list of your available licences for the tier you are currently logged in as.
Alternatively, to check the licences available on any tier within your administrative scope, select ‘Company’, or ‘Division’ in the menu and select ‘Manage Company, or Division’. This will display a list of all the tiers within your administrative scope.
To find out how many licenses are available to a specific tier or administrative account select Licenses > See licences . This will display a list of available licences in that particular tier.
