Transition arrangements for centres using our first-aid e-learning
To support these updates, we have taken steps to ensure a smooth transition for e-learning providers and learners:
- any unused licences held within customer licence banks have been automatically replaced with licences for the updated courses.
- all new licence purchases will now be against the updated versions of both courses.
- learners have been notified of this change via the Highfield Online Training (HOT) Learning Management System (LMS). Where a learner has not yet reached 100% completion on the original course, they can request access to the updated version free of charge.
- learners with 0% progress on an original course will be automatically enrolled onto the updated version, with the original enrolment removed.
