This error message is likely caused by having the 'Adobe Acrobat' extension enabled on your browser. 

To view your certificate, you will need to follow the instructions below or use an alternative browser such as Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari.

Please see the guidance below on disabling the extension or changing the 'site access' setting to 'on click', or 'on specific sites' instead of 'on all sites'.
