By default, Apple Macs prevent autoplay on websites. If this happens for you, in order to enable the videos and voice-over to play, you'll need to enable Auto-Play. 

Please follow the guidance below to allow this:

1) Whilst logged into the LMS, with the course closed, in Safari, access the Safari option in the top left of your screen and select the 'preferences' option:

2) The menu below should open, allowing you to select the 'websites' icon/tab as shown below and select the 'Allow All Auto-Play' option alongside https://lms.highfieldelearning.com/. By default, this will show as 'Stop Media with Sound'. If your device or network is controlled by an organisation, you may need to contact your IT team to change this.

3) Return to the LMS and re-open the course. This should now be playing the voice-over and videos in the courses.
