To transfer licences from one tier to another, you will need to log in as an administrator. 

Select ‘Transfer licences’ from the ‘Licences’ tab in the main menu.  

Select the course (and licence type if necessary) that you would like to transfer a licence of. Then enter how many licences you would like to transfer. The maximum amount of transferable licences can be seen in brackets on the licence type field. 

You can then select where the licences are going to be transferred to. Select the tier from the dropdown list.  

If you have multiple tiers within your scope and are looking to transfer the licence(s) to a site, you may be required to first filter by the parent division, and then select site in the dropdown box that appears below. 

Once you have located the tier to transfer the licences to, click the ‘Select’ button next to that tier. The selected tier will then display in the box below for confirmation. You may then select the ‘Transfer licences’ button which should then display a confirmation message.
