Employers or exam requirements may dictate that you need a more up-to-date certificate, however, this will vary between employers and training providers.

If that is the case, you will likely need to purchase the course again, and re-sit the course, to obtain a more recent completion date. Completing the existing course again will not alter the date on the certificate.
