Administrators are able to move a learner account from one company to another in Manage Learners https://lms.highfieldelearning.com/lms/learners
Select ‘Manage Learners’ from the ‘Learners’ tab in the main menu.
Select one or more filter options to refine your listing before selecting 'Add Filters'.
Once the learner account is located select the ID badge icon in the Options column: . This is called 'Edit company'.
A pop-up field will appear allowing you to type in the new location:
The search field should allow you to fix which account you would like the learner to be moved to before selecting 'Update'.
Please allow thirty seconds for the location to update.
The new location will now appear in the pop-up field. The learner account has been relocated on the LMS.
Once updated you can select 'Close' or f5 refresh to remove the pop-up field.
You can only move learners in this way to accounts which sit under your administrative structure.
